- Lomilomi Salmon - fresh tomato and salmon salad
- Chicken Long Rice - noodles and chicken
- Kālua - kālua is a traditional Hawaiian cooking method that uses an underground oven called an imu (meats cooked using Kalua include pork and turkey)
- Poi - made from the fermented root of the taro, which is then baked and pounded to a smooth paste
